Bozhena is a sustainable finance professional. She brings aboard her experience as sustainability lead in a bank (a German bank, part of a banking group owned by impact investors, among them DOEN and FMO) as well as her most recent experience as freelance consultant.

Bozhena has CSRD and GRI certificates, background in reporting under NFRD, as well as some operational experience with TCFD-ISSB and PCAF.

During her bank employment, she has served as secretary (as well as contributing member) to the ESG Software Design Committee – an international collective body in charge of laying out technical requirements for an ESG software for the whole banking group.

In addition to her native Ukraine, Bozhena’s market experience includes Germany, some Balkan, Central Asian and Northern African states.
